1.1 Do you ship internationally?  

Absolutely! We proudly deliver worldwide to over 50 countries with fast and secure shipping. Wherever adventure calls, your gear will arrive smoothly.

1.3 How long will it take to receive my order?  

For US Customers:  

In-Stock: 5-7 business days (Shop In-Stock Items from Our US Warehouse)  
Shipped from Overseas: 10-18 business days  

For Non-US Customers:  

All Orders: Delivery in approximately 10-18 business days

1.4 Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 USD shipped within the United States. For international customers (meaning customers located outside of the United States, including but not limited to countries and regions in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Oceania), free shipping is available on orders over $89 USD.

Please note that the $89 USD threshold applies to most countries, but some remote areas or countries with special shipping requirements may not be eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs for orders below these amounts, or for excluded destinations, will be calculated at checkout.

1.5 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?  

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

1.6 What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?  

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact our customer service and we will help track the shipment or arrange a solution.

1.7 Are your products authentic and original?  

All our products are genuine and sourced directly from our factory or authorized suppliers.

1.8 Do I need to create an account to place an order?  

No, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders and manage your purchases more easily.

2. Exchange & Return


2.1 What is your return policy?

2.2 Can I exchange an item?

- Once approved, use your free return label  
- Place a new order simultaneously to secure inventory

2.3 How do I start a return?  

To start a return, contact us at info@hxoutdoors.com. Return addresses vary by shipping region; we’ll assist you with the appropriate instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2.4 What items cannot be returned?  

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
