HX Outdoors sent me this ZD-112B Dark Master to check out. It��s an interesting design that��s light weight and has a D2 blade.

This is the Dark Master from @hxoutdoorsco. And fans of dirt cheap EDC will be happy to hear it��s only $40! It features a D2 blade and an interesting plunge lock with a very small, unobtrusive button that I quite like.

Plunge lock, G10, D2 hardness of 60HRC. The blade is durable, the grip is comfortable, and I highly recommend it!

I really like this knife! it��s the perfect size and feels solid in the hand with its strong grip. The edge out of the box is sharp and ready to go. I love this 3.15�� folding knife from HX OUTDOORS because it��s just the right size and the clip keeps it securely on my belt.
This folding knife has an open assist on the blade that makes opening the knife easy with only one hand.
The knife itself is good looking and the blade is razor sharp.
I was due for an update for my every day knife and this one meets all of my needs.
The handle feels good in my hand because of the purposefully placed serrations. The button to unlock the blade is easy to release and strongly locks the blade when open.
This would make a great gift for anybody that does most anything outdoors. I��m ordering another for my Brother for his upcoming birthday. He��s sure to like it as much as I do!

This folding knife comes in a sturdy hard plastic case, almost like the Pelican cases. The knife itself screams quality material and razor sharpness. It's also compact and easy to carry outside the case. The is a notch to close the blade, if opened. Great gift or for self.

This knife comes very well packaged in a large snap closed plastic box. I can't help but think it had too much packaging. If you don't have a use for the box it comes in, it will just get recycled. My knife had a little oil on it when I opened it. That is fairly common, not a big deal.

I love flipper knives. This one was a bit stiff and didn't always open all the way. I've had this happen on other knives. I added some knife oil and let it sit for a day. The oil worked its way in and now it opens pretty smoothly. I can open and close it with one hand. I've found sometimes taking the knife apart and oiling the bearings helps too. So far I didn't need to do that with this knife.

I like the push button unlock to close. Easy to do with one hand. I also like the handle. Light and feels nice. Very easy to grip. I've been using it around the house to open boxes and normal daily tasks. I'm starting to like it. The all Black is a nice look as well.

Overall I like this knife. It would be nice if it arrived not needing oil and adjustment to open quickly. The price seems a little bit high as well. I've gotten better knives for less. But I still like this one.

Notes:
- Comes well packaged in a heavy duty plastic box.
- Light and sharp
- New Blade lock releases with a button on the side. Easier than the liner lock.
- Mine was a bit stiff. Added oil and it opens with one hand now.
- I like the material the handle is made from, light yet sturdy.

The knife came in a nice hard case for the outdoors, the knife is good size but in the skinny smaller side that fits comfortably in my hand. The knife is sharp and work nicely for most of the outdoors needs the blade is coated black and noticed that the black coating easily came off with few uses. The knife locking system is good and the knife doesn��t open automatically once unlocked it still needs to be pulled out of the casing. Overall a nice camping knife.
